I have been abundantly blessed to receive this beautiful Nikon D80 camera as a gift, straight from the heart of a wonderful friend.
And here I am, someone who is so good with words and story-telling, and I can’t find the proper ones to express my gratitude for her kindness and generosity. She has blessed me, abundantly, and I am so excited to get to know this little beauty better.

I had a similar expansion a few months ago (Canon 7D), and though there were a few growing pains, it’s been a constant blast. I hope the two of you enjoy exploring the world together — I’m looking forward to seeing more of the results of your adventures on here…
Congratulations! What a great gift and a generous friend. I just inherited my dad’s Nikon Coolpix 8700. It may not be the latest and greatest but it is worlds better than my 11 year old 2 megapixel point & shoot camera.
