I do not have a blog, but I do have an ongoing relationship with my kitchen and garden (besides my wife!) that I share on my You Tube Channel. I invite you to take a peek, and maybe, if you feel inclined, to watch a bit of my cooking. My roast will be done later this afternoon and the video may be posted this evening or manana, depending.
