		<description>My daughter has been a vegetarian since the 70&#039;s. When she visits I search your posts for healthy recipes. She&#039;s a big fan of kale and uses tofu a lot. I will have to try this recipe out on her sometime. Looks delicious!

I make tea in my chemex coffee pot. I love ginger tea. It is so soothing for a sore throat, cold or anytime really.</description>

		<description>Kate, first off, your photography is amazing.  It&#039;s inspirational!  I am not a big tofu person but when you photograph it, I think, hey -- I would eat that. You also push me to eat more vegetables, and my mother would be really happy about that.  ;-)

Anyway, back to tea.  Although I really love the Yogi Mayan Cocoa spice (w/milk/honey), my favorite has to be Rooibos tea.  It has so many health benefits, too. Although it is now frequently paired with vanilla, I think it is best just plain.
