I have just been sent to your blog via another link and want you to know that my heart is aching for you and your little one. I know all too well the pain of losing someone you love and the misery that follows. Sending you tender thoughts and prayers for courage in the days to come.
I am so sorry to hear about your beloved pet. My sister lost her cat that has been her best friend for almost twenty years so I sympathize with your situation. I wish you the best and you are in my thoughts.
There isn’t anything that I can say that hasn’t already been shared. I have grown to love Harmon (and my Wyatt got his first summer lion cut this year thanks to watching H fuzz back out beautifully!)
Know that there’s an armload of people, flung throughout the world, who know you – know the face of your adorable Harmon, and whose hearts just lurched in their chests. We are all hugging our kids a little tighter tonight and being even more grateful for every day, every purr, and every belly knead. Our hearts are with you Kate.

Kate – I am so sorry I just do not find the right words.
You know I fell in love with Harmon the first moment I saw him on your blog for Weekend Cat Blogging quite a long time ago. Ever since that I really loved your posts when his fuzzy face showed up.
Now I am heartbroken with you!
Harmon we love you! My kitties are sending extra purrs!
all our love to you!
There is no greater heartache than those words you wrote under the photo…I am so sorry to learn about this. That word cuts holes into our lives and we are never the same again. Please know how much we all care. Every moment is so precious and I pray they will be filled with loving tenderness.

we are saddened by the news that harmon has cancer. we have been in your shoes and know the road ahead is a long one. we are sending comforting purrs your way. we will be keeping you in our purrayers.
Hi Kate,
I’m so sorry about Harmon. Sometimes life gives us bumps in the road…we have to hang on for dear life. Harmon is such a beautiful cat. You’ll be in my prayers.
I know exactly what you are going thru – our beloved Chica is 18 and has renal failure. It is never easy to lose a dear pet but the pain completely outweighs the joy and love they have given us. We are sending lots of healing energy to both you and Harmon.
We are so sorry, Kate, and are sending many purrs and healing thoughts to your boy, Harmon. We know how you feel, as we recently got a difficult diagnosis for our sweet girl, Tabbygail. We will be thinking of both of you …
We are so very sorry. We were so hoping that it would not be cancer. Sending you purrs and soft woofs during this difficult and scary time. Dang it, we were really hoping for antibiotics. 🙁
So sorry to see that it is cancer. Harmon is a beautiful baby and you both are in our thoughts,

Kate – I read your blog alot and thoroughly enjoy it. I’ve never left a comment but I had to today to let you know how very sorry I am about Harmon. I’m an animal lover as well. My first dog lived to be 17 so I understand what it’s like to have a long history with a beloved pet. I know your heart is aching but believe it or not, people who don’t even know you that well have an aching heart today for you and Harmon. My thoughts will be with you.
We were in your shoes about 2 years ago, when our very first cat, Hercules, was diagnosed with cancer. I sympathize with you on your journey.
